Hebrews 4:10-11 for anyone who enters God’s rest also rests from their works, just as God did from his. Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will perish by following their example of disobedience.

The power of action is in being. Rest is a weapon for the weary. Rest is the consequence of trust in Jesus. Do everything you can to just be in the presence of God. It doesn't mean we don't go through anxious situations but that as long as we trust and hold to who God is in us and for us we are victorious.
