The Supremacy Of Jesus

Colossians 2:8-10

8 See to it that no one carries you off as spoil or makes you yourselves captive by his so-called philosophy and intellectualism and vain deceit (idle fancies and plain nonsense), following human tradition (men’s ideas of the material rather than the spiritual world), just crude notions following the rudimentary and elemental teachings of the universe and disregarding [the teachings of] Christ (the Messiah).

9 For in Him the whole fullness of Deity (the Godhead) continues to dwell in bodily form [giving complete expression of the divine nature].

10 And you [f]are in Him, made full and having come to fullness of life [in Christ you too are filled with the Godhead—Father, Son and Holy Spirit—and reach full spiritual stature]. And He is the Head of all rule and authority [of every angelic principality and power].

It's all about Jesus. Any idea or concept that takes us away from the Godhead is foolish. Even trying to avoid sin can be backwards. When worship and the exaltation of Jesus in our hearts overwhelms any propensity to sin. We can't keep focusing on what's wrong. We need to give ourselves to what's right and the sin takes care of itself. We should be focusing on Jesus. He's the great one. The Father and The Holy Spirit are included in these statements. We must rediscover the majesty and superiority of Jesus. The most powerful revelation of your life is the revelation of Jesus!

We were made full and came to fullness in God. Time to become aware of what's already inside. The Glory of God is already here. Awake Awake O Sleeper. Arise, Shine for the Glory of The Lord is upon you(Isaiah 60:1).
